1. What the waitlist form collects
The waitlist form on our contact page asks for your name, email address, phone number and the license type or track you are interested in, plus an optional free-text note. That is all. We do not ask for license numbers, Social Security numbers, dates of birth or payment details, and you should never send those through a web form.
2. Why we collect it, and how long we keep it
We use waitlist details for exactly one purpose: to notify you when continuing education courses open for enrollment following TDLR approval. We do not use them for unrelated marketing. We keep them only as long as needed for that purpose, and we delete them on request.
3. We do not sell your information
We do not sell, rent, trade or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing. We do not operate an affiliate or lead-generation arrangement with any other CE provider.
4. Cookies and tracking
This site currently sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads no third-party scripts, and hosts its own fonts so that no external service receives your IP address when you read a page. Your theme preference is held in memory for the current page view only and is not stored. If we ever add analytics, this page will be updated to say so before it goes live.
5. Server logs
Our web host may keep standard server logs (IP address, timestamp, page requested, user agent) for security and operational purposes. We do not combine those logs with waitlist submissions or use them to profile visitors.
6. Children
This site is aimed at licensed professionals and is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
7. Your choices — including deletion
You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Call (346) 812-7727 or email hello@tuesbellespa.com and say "please delete my waitlist details". We will confirm when it is done. There is no charge and no penalty, and you do not have to give a reason.
8. Payments
We do not currently take payments of any kind through this site. When enrollment opens, payments will be handled by a reputable third-party payment processor under its own privacy policy — we will not store card data ourselves. Anyone asking you to pay us today by Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, gift card or cryptocurrency is not us; see our verification page.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS and carries a strict content security policy. No form on the site currently transmits data anywhere. When a real submission endpoint is added, it will be documented here.
